Mihu Rocks is a boutique engineering team — not a one-person shop and not a junior-heavy agency. We combine architecture, OT/IT integration, product engineering, and operations so clients get end-to-end ownership from the first workshop to production support.

Founder and lead architect Michał Będkowski sets technical direction; delivery is executed by a senior team across infrastructure, applications, and maintenance.

We work across the full IT surface — from network and industrial connectivity to applications and long-term upkeep:

• networks, security baselines, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure,
• industrial OT/IT bridges (SCADA, PLC, OPC UA, telemetry),
• custom B2B platforms and composable commerce (Skilleton),
• SaaS and multi-tenant products (KanVoo, Twin Mentorship),
• energy and EMS systems with predictive control,
• handover, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

We deliberately use automation and accelerators — frameworks, CI, observability, and proprietary cores like Skilleton — only in agreement with the client. That keeps a lean team delivering the reliability and finish historically associated with large, traditional software houses, without the overhead of a bloated bench.

Quality comes from senior judgment plus agreed tooling — not from headcount theater.

We operate in a partner market: co-delivery with complementary vendors, industrial integrators, ERP/MES partners, and client IT organizations. We win by being the architecture and engineering backbone others trust — not by competing for every line item alone.

To lead means hard work, commitment, and ownership. Michał engages across architecture, delivery, and client communication — drawing on 9 years as CTO of 4soft and 15+ years building systems from banking and medical domains to manufacturing and energy.

Experience spans customer platforms (e.g. Vodafone), innovation POCs, banking projects, eCommerce for IPMA Polska, manufacturing process systems, and earlier neural-network tooling for employee development paths.
