I am a software architect and the founder of Mihu Rocks.

For 9 years I was the CTO of 4soft Software House.

To lead means to give an example of hard work, commitment, and ownership. I put all those in action, engaging in activities all across the organization and leveraging my experience in multiple aspects.

They say that days of planning can save you months of coding (or months of coding can save you days of planning). That's why I'm strongly focused on optimization of the software development process and creating solution architectures.

I select tools and approaches to writing applications and actively participate in team management. I'm deeply engaged in resource planning and taking care of programmers' development.

Over 15 years of working as a programmer and the president of the company have taught me humbleness and a pro-client approach.

My working experience includes creating a variety of systems operating in many specific domains, from banking to medical industries.

I participated in delivering the customer service system for Vodafone, an innovative POC for Merc, a project for Getin Bank, and eCommerce solutions for IPMA Polska.

I have created and maintained a manufacturing process management system in an enterprise producing innovative thermal systems.

As a programmer at Compsecure, I created an innovative solution based on neural networks, which became the foundation of a tool that helps automate employee development paths.
